All of our appointments are by phone. Dr. Dave will call you at the scheduled time to discuss your condition, answer your questions, and collect details for your application.
If we determine that you do not qualify for a medical marijuana card, your consultation is free.
We prepare your application
We will mail you all the forms you need to apply for your medical marijuana card.
You submit your application
Complete the application and mail it in with your $40 registration fee.
That's it!
In 2 to 4 weeks, your card should arrive in the mail.
